ConnectRMS Intelligent Receivables Management
Industries

Built for the organizations that own, manage, and service receivables.

Organizations own and service receivables in very different ways. ConnectRMS gives each of them a common operating foundation for servicing, engagement, recovery, compliance, financial operations, and visibility.

The Challenge

Different receivables. The same operational challenge.

The account type, consumer relationship, regulatory requirements, servicing model, and recovery strategy all vary by industry. The underlying problem repeats: receivables work becomes fragmented across systems, teams, communications, payments, compliance controls, and reporting.

ConnectRMS

One connected operating environment

Shared accounts, data, workflows, and controls — whatever the receivables model.

Industry by Industry

How ConnectRMS supports each receivables model.

Each industry organizes receivables differently. Here is how the connected operating environment is designed to support the way each one works.

01

Banks

Banks run receivables alongside a broad set of banking systems, policies, and oversight functions, often across several consumer lending products.

The challenge. Servicing, recovery, communications, and compliance review often sit in separate systems, which makes consistent controls and a complete account view harder to maintain.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Controlled servicing and recovery workflows, with applicable requirements present at the point of action
  • Consumer engagement and communications tied to the account record
  • Payments, reconciliation, and financial controls connected to the same operating record
  • Connection to existing banking technology through the platform integration architecture

02

Credit Unions

Credit unions manage receivables with a member-service orientation, where the relationship usually continues well beyond a single account.

The challenge. Recovery work has to stay consistent and compliant without losing the member context and service standards the organization is known for.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Member account context and history available wherever the work is performed
  • Member-sensitive communications and self-service
  • Flexible recovery workflows and payment options
  • Consistent compliance controls and operational visibility

03

Fintech & Financial Services

Fintech and financial services organizations tend to be digital-first, with high account volumes, evolving products, and a technology stack built for growth.

The challenge. As portfolios grow, servicing and recovery can end up assembled from point tools that become harder to control and scale together.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Digital-first servicing and consumer self-service connected to the account
  • High-volume consumer engagement alongside the account and its history
  • Configurable workflows and operating rules that can evolve with products
  • Operational control maintained as the business scales, with integrations to existing providers

04

Consumer & Specialty Finance

Consumer and specialty lenders often manage several lending products, each with its own terms, workflows, and servicing requirements.

The challenge. Product-by-product processes and tools make it harder to apply consistent controls and to see performance across the whole portfolio.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Configurable workflows that support varied lending products
  • Digital engagement and self-service connected to each account
  • Payment and recovery operations with applicable compliance controls
  • Portfolio reporting across products

05

Healthcare

Hospitals, physician groups, clinics, and other healthcare organizations manage patient balances — self-pay amounts and balances remaining after insurance — often across several facilities and service lines, and alongside existing billing and revenue cycle systems.

The challenge. When patient balances, communications, payment arrangements, and recovery work move between billing systems, internal teams, and outside partners, a consistent patient experience, consistent controls, and a complete view of each account are hard to maintain.

Explore Healthcare

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Digital patient engagement and self-service connected to the account record
  • Payment arrangements, payments, and reconciliation handled alongside the account
  • Compliance controls, communication restrictions, and audit trails where the work is performed
  • Recovery workflows, disputes, and reporting from connected activity, alongside existing billing systems

ConnectRMS is not an electronic health record, medical billing, or revenue cycle management system, and it does not replace them. It is the connected receivables operating environment for patient balances, designed to work alongside existing healthcare systems through the platform integration architecture. Healthcare-specific privacy and regulatory requirements, including those that apply to patient information, are reviewed with each organization rather than assumed.

06

Government & Public Sector

Federal agencies, state agencies, and local governments manage receivables that arise from public programs and services — delinquent obligations, overpayments, fees, and administrative obligations — often with work shared between agencies and authorized collection contractors.

The challenge. When balances, communications, and payment arrangements are handled in separate program or departmental systems, consistent policies, oversight, and a complete view of each account are hard to maintain.

Explore Government & Public Sector

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Account servicing and collection operations worked from one connected account record
  • Digital consumer communications and self-service connected to the account
  • Configurable workflows and permissions under each agency’s own operating rules
  • Compliance oversight, audit trails, and reporting across the operation

ConnectRMS is receivables management software. It is designed to be operated by government agencies and their authorized collection contractors; it is not a collection agency, and a subscription does not include collection services. Government collections can involve additional federal, state, and agency-specific statutes, policies, and procurement, security, and data-handling requirements. ConnectRMS is a configurable platform intended to support agency requirements, subject to validation and implementation with each organization. ConnectRMS is in active development; capabilities described here reflect the platform’s design, and availability is confirmed with each organization.

07

Utilities & Energy

Utility providers — electricity, gas, water, and wastewater — manage large volumes of customer accounts with recurring billing, where balances arise on active service as well as after service ends.

The challenge. Past-due and final-bill balances often move between billing, customer service, and recovery systems, which makes consistent communications, payment arrangements, and visibility harder to maintain.

Explore Utilities & Energy

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • SMS and email engagement tied to the account record, with Stella supporting automation across connected workflows
  • Consumer self-service and payment arrangements for active and former customers
  • Configurable collection journeys that reflect account status and communication eligibility
  • Reporting and operational dashboards, alongside existing billing systems

ConnectRMS is not a utility billing or customer information system. It is the connected receivables operating environment, designed to work alongside existing billing and customer systems through the platform integration architecture. Utility-specific rules, such as notice and service requirements, vary by jurisdiction and are reviewed with each organization rather than assumed.

08

Private Credit

Private credit organizations hold receivables across portfolios and servicing relationships, often with work performed by more than one party.

The challenge. When servicing is distributed across relationships and systems, consistent oversight, standardized controls, and dependable reporting are difficult to maintain.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Portfolio visibility across servicing relationships
  • Standardized operating controls and servicing oversight
  • Reporting from connected operational and financial activity
  • Different receivables and servicing relationships supported within one connected environment

09

Auto Finance Companies

Auto finance portfolios combine ongoing account servicing with delinquency management, payment arrangements, and account exceptions across large loan volumes.

The challenge. Servicing, delinquency workflows, communications, and financial activity are often split across systems, making it hard to see an account — and the portfolio — in one place.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Account servicing and delinquency and recovery workflows in one workspace
  • Payment arrangements, exceptions, and communications handled alongside the account
  • Financial activity connected to the operating record
  • Portfolio visibility, with integrations to existing systems

10

Debt Buyers & Portfolio Owners

Debt buyers and portfolio owners acquire and manage portfolios of purchased receivables, working them through internal teams, digital channels, and outside servicing relationships.

The challenge. Every new portfolio brings onboarding, segmentation, engagement, recovery, and reporting work that is often spread across separate systems and partners.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Portfolio onboarding and account segmentation into connected workflows
  • Digital engagement and recovery operations worked from the same account record
  • Consumer protection workflows, disputes, and compliance controls applied where the work happens
  • Payments, financial operations, and client and portfolio reporting from connected activity

Operational focus

  • Portfolio onboarding
  • Account segmentation
  • Digital engagement
  • Recovery operations
  • Consumer protection
  • Payments & financial operations
  • Client & portfolio reporting
  • Performance visibility

11

Property Management

Property management organizations manage resident and former-resident balances across properties and portfolios — recurring charges, fees, damages, and payment arrangements — often with a mix of centralized and property-level teams.

The challenge. Balances, documentation, communications, and policies can differ from property to property, which makes consistent handling and portfolio-wide visibility difficult.

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Centralized visibility across properties and portfolios
  • Resident and former-resident account context, documentation, and disputes in one place
  • Digital communications, self-service, and configurable payment and resolution workflows
  • Consistent policies and controls across locations, with financial activity and reconciliation connected

ConnectRMS is not a property management system. It is the connected receivables operating environment, designed to work alongside your property management and accounting systems through the platform integration architecture.

Operational focus

  • Resident & former-resident receivables
  • Portfolio & property visibility
  • Digital engagement
  • Payment & resolution workflows
  • Disputes & documentation
  • Financial operations
  • Consistent controls
  • System integration

12

Receivables Management Agencies

Receivables management agencies service accounts on behalf of creditor clients, each with its own placements, operating rules, reporting, and remittance requirements. Small and midsize agencies carry the same operational and compliance responsibilities as the largest operations, usually with leaner teams and tighter technology budgets.

The challenge. Many agencies run on separate systems for servicing, dialing, messaging, payments, client reporting, and compliance tracking. Each adds licensing, integration work, and data to reconcile, while traditional enterprise software is often priced and staffed for much larger organizations.

Explore Receivables Management Agencies

ConnectRMS is designed to support

  • Unified servicing, communications, payments, reporting, and compliance, with connected workflows and one connected account view
  • Client-level controls, reporting, and remittance across every client portfolio
  • Digital-first engagement and self-service through Navigator, with Stella supporting automation across connected workflows
  • The same core platform as the agency grows: add capabilities, not systems

ConnectRMS is preparing for its anticipated commercial launch in 2027, and capabilities vary by release and configuration. Agency-specific requirements, including client contract terms and state licensing obligations, are reviewed with each organization rather than assumed.
