What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage and session storage, store information in the same way. They can be set by the site you are visiting (first party) or by another company whose service the site uses (third party). Some are strictly necessary for a site to work; others are optional, such as analytics or advertising.

What connectrms.net uses

connectrms.net does not use advertising or remarketing technologies or chat tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Apart from the optional analytics listed below, which load only if you accept them, the site does not use cookies or embedded third-party services.

• Browser storage. The site stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage (crms_consent) so that it doesn’t ask on every page. This is strictly necessary to respect your choice; it is asked again after 12 months.
• Hosting. The site is delivered by Amazon Web Services. As with any website, our hosting infrastructure receives the technical information your browser sends with each request — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. This does not involve cookies.
• Email links. Contact links open your own email application. We receive only the information you choose to send us.

Optional analytics

• Google Analytics 4

  Provider: Google (third party)

  Purpose: Measure how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, how visitors arrived, scroll depth, and links followed. Loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Google signals, advertising features, and ad personalization are turned off.

  Stored in your browser: Google Analytics cookies _ga (identifies your browser) and _ga_<ID> (keeps session state), each lasting up to two years by default. They are deleted from connectrms.net if you withdraw consent.

Your choices

Analytics cookies are off by default. When you first visit, the site asks whether you accept them: choose Accept, Reject, or Preferences to decide in more detail. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no analytics information is sent to Google, unless you accept. Rejecting analytics does not affect how the site works.

You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences , which is also linked in the site footer. If you withdraw consent, the site stops loading Google Analytics and deletes its cookies from connectrms.net. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as a rejection of analytics unless you turn analytics on yourself.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.
