Accessibility statement.
ConnectRMS™ wants connectrms.net to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Our commitment
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
This statement describes our goal and our current practices. It is not a certification, and we do not claim that every part of the site fully conforms at all times.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, ordered section headings, and labelled landmarks.
- A “Skip to content” link as the first keyboard stop on every page.
- Navigation, menus, and the Stella guide operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for product screenshots and informative diagrams; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Layouts that reflow at narrow widths and when zoomed, without horizontal scrolling.
- Smooth scrolling turned off for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.
- No accessibility overlay or widget — accessibility is built into the site itself.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is part of how we build and change the site. We review pages with automated accessibility testing and keyboard testing when we make changes, and we continue to improve the site as we find issues or receive feedback.
Known limitations
- Product screenshots show application interfaces using demonstration data. Their text alternatives summarize each screen rather than reproducing every on-screen detail.
- In browsers set to enlarge text only (rather than the whole page), the desktop navigation can extend past the edge of the window at very large text sizes. Standard browser zoom, or a narrower window, switches to the compact menu.
Report an accessibility issue
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or need information in a different format, please email sales@connectrms.net with “Accessibility” in the subject. Let us know the page you were on and the problem you encountered, and we will work to help.
